Purchased the Q8 from Fiore Audi in Hollidaysburg Pennsylvania. I was negotiating the price and the sales manager came out and had a sheet of paper that was folded up and he put it on the desk. He said on the piece of paper was the amount for my 2018 Audi Q7 but I couldn’t see the price until I gave him my price. He offered me 42,750 and the 3k incentive. We agreed on the price of the Q8 and a day after we agreed he called me and said I didn’t qualify for the 3k. At that point I asked the 3k and he said no.. After going back at least two times he agreed to give me another $750. Be careful when and incentives are used to sweeten the deal because the incentives come from me manufacture and can be used as a bargaining chip.Bad experience and the game of who wins is still an industry practice. Im trading in my mercedes . So I qualify for the 3K. All you need is a registration for one that is acceptable in the program. It can be a second vehicle you have even though you don't plan on trading it in.
