Default Obdeleven problem

I just bought the obdeleven device to activate the android auto wireless but seems that mu country does not support myaudi app .
Well I tried all the codings but nothing works .. when I press and hold the green check its appears loading without accept .
And nothing is changed

Can someone assist me please

You're expecting too much capability from a $79 tool. I think you'd be better off getting a genuine duplex code reader.

Really? OBD works for everyone that I’ve seen. I’ve never had an issue. OP, go on Youtube there’s lots of instructional videos.

Had same issue with my Q8. You need to have the bonnet/hood open and then it will save.

Yes, this is designed as a 'firewall' of sorts as per official documentation. The idea is to prevent authorized access while the vehicle is in 'operation'. By forcing the hood to be open prior to saving settings, the idea is that this improves security.

Really? I have never had to do this to get any settings to stick on my Q8?

so ,, the solution is just to open the hood and it saves ?

If documentation is to be believed, yes
