Fine from a limited point of view. I’m trying to keep the revs down during the brake in period. Comfort was my go-to in A6 and would pull back the shifter to sports when using on-ramps etc.
Another observation, if you want to remove the left footrest to access the fuses, the screw at the top is a T-27, not a flat or Phillips, so the factory tool kit will not work. Also the diagrams in the manual do not match up exactly. Chances are, I will never needs to change a fuse.

Once I remove my bracket I think I need those two rectangular plastic inserts pictured on your grill to cover the holes where the bracket gets mounted. Just guessing as I have not removed my bracket yet. If you still have those covers after your install PM me if you are interested in selling them.

If it's like the Q7 (& most other models) there should be "filler strips" available that just snap in to cover the void where the plate holder was. Should (eventually) be available from your dealer or online. But - they're expensive - at least for the Q7.
Here's a link that discusses installing them on a new Q7

Thx, I think the Q8 is different it looks like the filler panel is already there. My panel looks identical to the plate delete panels except i have a bracket bolted into the center of that panel with 4 screws. I do have a call in to the dealer to get more info. The Q7 filler panel piece looks much nicer than the Q8 plate delete setup, but I’d still rather not have the ugly license plate bracket there.

Q8 uses two rectangular pieces, very similar to an Allroad

So do I need a whole new filler panel or can I remove my current bracket and cover the holes?

bracket unscrews and then pivots off - it's a PIA to remove on these, but I've done it

Then you get the filler pieces from the dealer, which snap in place and cover the rectangular indents

Some cars use a singular panel (A4, A5, S5), some use strips (Q7), some use these rectangles (Allroad, Q8) as examples

Ok thx that’s what I thought from looking at the pics. May just have dealer remove the bracket I guess. Seems a lower cost option than other Audi’s actually.
