Purchasing a 2019 Audi Q8 Daytona Grey. Feedback about interior leather
 

Purchasing a 2019 Audi Q8. The exterior color is Daytona Grey. Initially had selected black as the interior but saw the brown and so confused which should I get. I currently have an IS350 with the red interior which is very nice for this car but not if brown or black would go better with the Audi. Looking for some feedback!

I think either colour works - we’ve got the black in ours and you can’t go wrong with that, but the brown could certainly be interesting (in a positive way).

Daytona Gray/ black interior SQ5 owner here. For me the only choices for Daytona gray would be black or red. Just not a fan of brown or white.

I had a Daytona grey A6 with brown. Then a Q7 black/black and now went back to Q8 Daytona/ brown.
This brown interiro looks better than the older one. It looks really good.

I was going to order the black interior with Dayton gray. I think it’s the best combo.

Just be sure you make sure you can deal with the throttle lag. It’s was stopped me from placing my order.

I heard about this complaint! I am not sure what other vehicle options I have. It checks off all boxes except for the throttle lag.

Do you think it looks a lot nicer than the black interior leather?

I have Glacier white exterior with Okapi brown interior, I love it! Why don't you go to a dealer and check it out first hand. I think it's gorgeous but seeing the 2 back to back within a few minutes will help you make up your mind. I almost got Daytona with brown, but saw a white Y-1 and that was that lol

This is all personal taste but I liked the Daytona with Pando Gray until I saw it live and the. It had a green tinge that turned me off causing me to default to black.

The brown was not something I personally ever considered as there is too much black and gray in the interior so I didn’t want to add brown.

All that said. It’s your vehicle and you should order what makes you happy The Daytona gray is just amazing looking.
