Q8 Brakes

Are they the same diameter as the Q7's? They didn't feel as grippy to me/more pedal travel

they are larger on the Q8

different pads is likely what you are feeling

Calipers use the P/N as the Q7 models.

The braking system is identical. I just verified with ETKA
