Q8: Doors get unlocked for no reason
 

Steps taken:
- Lock the car with the key fob
- after 2 hours I check the my Audi app and see that the car is unlocked
- go to the car to check and try to open the door
- the alarm goes off
- strange that the alarm is still armed if the doors are unlocked and strange that the car doors get unlocked for no reason


notes: no advanced keys

Had same. It appears that is the app is not sync with the car very often. The car is actually locked. Try refresh the app or even the "retrieve vehicle information" button.

The App is showing as unlocked even after a few refresh.
The car was closed as I’ve tested the door handle.

happened again today.

close the door using key
check all door handles everything is closed
check app showing is closed after refresh
2 hours later app showing its unlocked
go to the car open the car with door handle
alarm goes off

basically the car gets unlocked for no reason and alarm is still engaged.

Checked again today, the only door unlocked is the drivers one.
