Still waiting!! Ordered from dealer on 09/05. They adjusted one of their orders in system. Got confirmation that it was accepted and processed. As of 10/24 still no production date. Doesn't appear as if I will see anytime soon, most likely January at best. Annoyed and disappointed since I live in Northeast and not happy about taking delivery in mid winter since I live in Vermont. Anyone else experiencing these kind of delays?

@jamin55 I am also still waiting, though not as long as you. I ordered during the first week of October, and like you, one of the orders in the system was adjusted. My dealer's site indicates that they currently have 8 Q8s incoming, currently in transit.

I ordered on 9/18 and the dealer adjusted one of theirs also. At this point the order has not been accepted or processed.

I got a form letter email the day after I put down a deposit, indicating that the order was in. Edited screenshot of email attached.

For those in the Midwest waiting to see the Q8 in person - the GM @ my dealership says they were expecting to see their initial shipment this past week but the big shipment arrived from Germany with the wrong tires (summers rather than all seasons). The factory sent a big shipment of the right ones & now they have to clear customs & then the port has to switch them. He hopes to see the first arrivals next week. Audi has already put 7 of them on the dealer’s web site showing “In Transit”.

Just saw your signature. We seem to be in the same area.

Which dealer do you use for your cars? I've dealt with Burlington in the past, but they're a little far from the city.

I go to Westwood. Both sales and service groups are very good. I’ve been buying cars from them since they were in West Roxbury as Clair Audi. Very consistent level of service.

I’ve not enjoyed my experiences with Herb Chambers dealerships ( not Audi though) in the past but it could be just bad luck.

I received the same email from Audi yesterday. How ironic after I posted on site about no production date. My price is 3% off MSRP. Dealer in Rutland Vermont.
