Semi-autonomous means just that.. Semi. Hands on wheel, eyes on road, full attention. Automated systems will assist you. We are not anywhere near level 3 or 4 or 5 or 10 automation yet, or even reliably at level 2, a) because all cars don't have it and b) because the highway infrastructure doesn't support it. IMHO.
