Recourse for unfixable problem

Hi All - I'm just curious is anyone has had experience with an unfixable issue under warranty and what recourse you had with Audi. In my case, it's inconsistent camera availability on my 2022 SQ8. Two different dealers have spent a total of three weeks ripping the car apart, looking at every cable and connection, and replace the mirrors. The problem is not going away and the dealer service managers say there is nothing more they can do. What happens now? Rear cameras are required on US cars and mine only works 30% of the time. I'm exploring my "lemon law" options here in Virginia. Curious is anyone has been down this path.

I've had MMI problems for 2 1/2 years with no fix in sight so I have been wondering the same thing.

my front sensors activate the graphics instead of the camera 90% of the time despite being set to activate the camera. The rear sensors activate the camera always

Open a case with Audi NA and start the buyback process.

You will need to explain what has been going on, the dates it was in for repairs and receipts and the dealerships. Explain there is no fix and it is a safety issue. It all seems like a pain but 30 to 45 days later we had a buyback offer for our Audi e-tron. It was worth the effort for us.

you open that case w audi na, and if the fixes were dealer attempted they will basically get the dealers to fix it. if that means they need to investigate by talking to the dealers or jump in and assist the dealers they will. they won’t want to do a buy back for something like this. i think they will fix ur issue and you will get a loaner.
