Curious if anyone knows this. I have an Infiniti FX35 with a second set of rims/tires for winter. Swap them out during the winter season. I'm going to trade in my Infiniti when I go to purchase the q8. Do deals care about winter tires? Do they want winter tires? Will they pay extra for the rims and tires?

They don't care. They will adjust the trade value based on condition or how much they want to to sell you a new car. As long as the trade value is agreeable to you it does not matter.
If the tires are bald they will factor that into your trade value since they will have to put on a new set of tires before putting it up for sale. They do usually like to have the factory wheels the car came with when new, but not a necessity.
They usually have no interest at all in an extra set of wheels & tires.
