R8 for an evening, or Track day with R8
A friend of mine whose ultimate dream car is the R8 has a 30th bday coming up in San Francisco. Is there a way to rent him an R8 for a few hours, rather than the $1,200/day deal directly via Audi (I can't afford that), OR renting one for a track day so he can do a few laps in one?
I see that track days are generally $200/person but I don't know how much an R8 rental for the track would be on top of that.
