1997 A6 CD changer adapter?

This has probably been brought up a million times before, but please help me out anyway. I'm wondering if anyone knows if anyone out there makes an adapter plug that will connect an aftermarket CD changer to my pre-wired 1997 A6. Don't you think someone should have come up with something by now?
