Hi folks,

I have a problem with the audio level from the symphony sound system in my A3.

When the car starts, the audio level is fine. After about 10 seconds, whether the car is stationary or moving, the audio starts to fade to a much lower level.

I need to turn the volume up to 100% to hear it properly. This happens for the radio and for my phone connected via an aux cable.

I noticed that if I clicked the 'speak' hands free button, and then cancelled, the audio level returned to normal briefly, but then fades to a low level.

Has anyone come across this problem before?
