2012 A7 MMI SCREEN GOING BLANK

I HAVE A 2012 A7 THAT THE MMI IS GOING BLANK ONCE I START THE ENGINE YOU CAN SEE THE CREEN BUT ONCE IS FULLY UP THE SCREEN GOINS OUT JUST BLANK YOU CANT SEE ANYTHING

I am having the exact same problem on my 2012 A6. Any help would be appreciated.
