Hi. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced the following issue, and if so has found a resolution. When streaming music via bluetooth through Apple CarPlay or the basic Audi pairing functionality, the volume is at about 25% of the regular radio capability. This renders the Bang & Olufsen sound system effectively useless. I've played with all of the volume and Bluetooth settings on the vehicle and on my phone with no resolution. The Audi Brand technologist at my dealership suggested I set up a service appointment. Any suggestions?
