Activate Bluetooth in MIB2 Audi TT 2018

Activate Bluetooth in MIB2 Audi TT 2018
Hi,
I have a TT 2018 (Euro) with the MIB2 unit, without the connectivity package from factory. However the Harman MIB2 unit does have Bluetooth, DVD, GPS input (blue), USB (Yellow) etc but it is not activated. So now I have enabled Bluetooth (OBD11) and Phone menu is visible in the dashboard, problem is that when trying to add a phone I see a message "The Bluetooth function is currently unavailable" so I cannot connect it. Someone successfully retrofitted/activated Bluetooth to a MIB2 unit who can guide me, maybe I'm missing some Adapation or long coding?
