I know there are lots of threads on the subject of displaying album art, but I can find nothing that quite covers my problem. I have some MP3 tracks which have been created by myself and for which I also created album art. The album art was embedded into the MP3 by using a piece of software called Tag&Rename. I made sure the image files were no bigger than 500 x 500 pixels and all are less than 200k in size. I play the files from an SD card. The tracks played fine on my old 2015 Q3 and the album art displayed beautifully. But on my new 2019 Q3, whilst the music plays properly, the album art refuses to display. There are many far more important technical issues I have that I could ask about my new Q3 but, strangely, this one is bugging me more than all the others!

Can anybody throw any light on this problem with my album art - is there a solution. I would be very grateful for any help anyone can give.

I just did a quick scan of all TSB’s listed for your model and nothing for Album art - https://www.nhtsa.gov/vehicle/2019/A...Communications
