Anyone feed their own speaker wire thru the doors? If so....
 

how hard was it to fish it through? I removed the lower dash on the drivers side and I can't find the area where the wire loom for the door comes out into fuse panel.

It's a very big pain in the neck...
 

The easiest way to get wiring through the grommet in the door is to pull the grommet away from the door jamb (just pull on the rubber grommet, and it will give you a little room). The opening in the fuse panel is a round foam disc about two inches in diameter--it's up near the hood release handle, and it already has wires running through it. Slide a coathanger into the center of this disc--at the same time, try to get your fingers into the opening of the grommet to receive the end of the coathanger. Once you get this part done, running the wire from the grommet into the door should be a piece of cake.
