Hi, I have a problem with playing Spotify music in my Audi A3 (2010) via Bluetooth. The connection works and so the music plays. But unfortunately the quality is very bad and sounds 'hollow'. And that while the quality of phone calls via bluetooth is working and sounding just fine.

Has anyone an idea of how this could be fixed? I hoped maybe some update download would be available, but I haven't managed to find this yet.
