Default Battery Draining with Bluetooth

Hello, I have a B7 S4 with the RSN-E and I recently bought and installed one of those Bluetooth adapters that plug into the CD Player plug on the back of the head unit..... For some reason it is staying on even when the Car is off, and the head unit is off..... Is this normal? I didn't drive my car for 4 days and it would barley start...... I would think if the RSN-E is off, shouldn't that kill power to the Bluetooth adapter?
