Install XM on 03 A6 with Bose Symphony.

I want to install XM on my factory Bose with Symphony, but do want want the XM unit to show. Can it be connected to factory radio? And what unit would you recommend?

Does your Symphony have a SAT button?

If not then you need a new head unit, all the wiring and the SAT antenna.

No, it does not. And all that sounds like a project I am not ready to tackle. Looks like the XM Commander for me.

you can find a sym II with sat button...you just have to be patient. search www.navplus.us..

...for people that are selling them.
