Hello everyone,

I bought an aftermarket radio from Pumpkin a few days ago: however, it does not work properly as it seems I have quite a different wiring on my bose radio than others.

Issue I have:

When plugged into the main harness, a distorted sound is coming out of the speakers as if it was not amplified...
As I went through different forums it seems that my original harness is quite simpler than other with fewer cables and fewer plugs.

Now I am not sure was this harness is so simple. There customer service seems to be quite useless...

Anyone faced this situation ?
