Keyless fob problem. Preferred solution?
 

Recent news: People getting gassed to death because they left the car idling in the garage. Not a problem with physical keys because you have to turn the car off the take the key out.
I've exited a couple times myself with it still running.. Noisy environment, couldn't hear it running.

One solution I've heard mentioned is an audible warning that sounds when when the key fob leaves the car. Could be a bit annoying if you intended to leave it running, but the fix would be to just leave it in the car while you're outside.

Second: (I prefer this one) Shut the engine off immediately if the fob is outside and you lock the doors, or after 5 minutes of idling. They could make this time adjustable for folks who like to warm their cars up in the winter.
