Default No Sound from Pioneer AVH-P3300BT on a Bose Symphony II Car

I have been staring at the wiring harness for far too long and need to resort to a second opinion on why my new head unit won't kick out any sound! The dirty on my car: 2005 Audi A4 USP with a Bose Symphony II 6 disc system. Everything is bone stock and the speakers and sub are the stock amplified setup.

I am installing a Pioneer AVH-P3300BT using a PAC C2R-AUDI wiring harness to retain my stock Bose amplifier, the wiring seems extremely straight forward from both the Pioneer User Manual and the C2R-AUDI wiring harness tech page. (Side Note Info: I am using a Metra 40-VW54 Antenna adapter and have done the relay bypass on the parking break wire) When I plug in the harness to the Pioneer unit with the car it fully powers on, the CANBUS lights up red inside and the unit will read and play a CD as normal or surf for radio, except there is no sound at all from any speakers or the sub. I have double checked every wire, the remote turn on for the Amp but no dice - still no sound. I have even explored the option that I may need to turn on RCA outs with the head unit in order to get sound but can't find anything.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help here is appreciated!
