is Phat-Noise Plug & Play on the RSN-E Nav units w/ the standard audio package?

yes. Will interface the same way as the trunk CD changer/protocol etc..

With an A3..you probably need to add the CD changer cable to the trunk. I've seen some sources on this forum (maxxedoutmotors ??) for $90.

You can't really run the pbox and the glovebox changer together at the same time....without some "creative" wiring.

Besides...once you go Phat...you won't want to deal with audio cd's again.

Since my car came w/ the standard audio package I didn't get the golve box changer so I'll order the harness which goes to the trunk area and install the P-box there.
