Radio unlock code

Anyone can help me woth radio unlocking? Battery went flat and it is in safe mode. AUZ2Z3F3669252

Site is in German, but easy to tell what to do: basically just input your serial number as above and send them a very small fee. In short order, within the hour, they will send the right code.

The dealer should be able to get that for you. I believe all they need is the VIN number from the car if it's the OEM radio that came with it. There should be an unlock code in your manual that came with the car.
