RS7 questions - ignition, seats, locks, volume, homelink

Hello, new to me 2014 RS7 owner here. Obviously I'm still getting use to the car so I'm not sure what is normal or how things work exactly.Hence I have a bunch of questions....

I know there is an On position by not pressing on the brake pedal but is there an Acc ignition position? Example, if I want to sit and listen to the radio for 45min.
Is there a safe way to have the car running, locked with AC on? Example, leaving a dog in the car while shopping.
Is there a way to turn off the light in the upper door panel area?
My seat side bolsters(leg and waist) keep applying randomly after a certain time while driving? This normal? Possible air leak in seat system?
Is the audio setting "Volume balance" refer to speed sensitive auto volume?

Aside...reading in these forums I see some things can be hacked into the car but I'm surprised the car is missing these features: power windows/roof opening with remote fob, remote start, ability to turn ONLY radio off, no high beam auto-dimming with on coming car, can't open garage door unless ignition is on (my Buick worked right away once the car door was opened).
