Default speed warning device

I was reading audi's standard features does anyone actually know what this means? Im guessing radar detector?

You can set a speed threshold. Exceed it and you'll get a beep.

Default No, it's just a beep when you go over a set speed. When you reach say 80mph

push oe of the stalks in on the instrument panel (can't remember whether it's left or right, think it's left IIRC). This will set the threshold for the speed warning. Then whenever you creep over this speed you'll get an annoying beep.

Default My A6 has two speed warnings. They are set by the driver to warn..

...if a certain speed is reached (I can set it at 80 MPH so if I hit that the car tells me that I am 15MPH over the speed limit). It can also be set at a lower speed to warn if you are slowing down too much.

Of course...I've driven an A6 for the since 2003 and I never use that feature...the alarm is sooooo loud, scared the cr@p outta me the 1st time it went off.

Left button. To disengage it, hold it down.
