I recently purchased a used 2020 Audi Q5 Quattro 45 TFSI from Carvana back in January, they did'nt have the code available when they sold me the car. I have been trying to get the Audi connect code but haven't had any luck after speaking with Audi rep on the phone. Someone said go to the dealer others said Audi would give me six months free service since I am the new owner of the car. Anyone else experience this proble. Thanks for the add as a new member and Audi owner....

I seem to have the problem resolved.....I contracted Carvana, where I purchased the car and they are going to pay for the key code $78.00 to activate my free 6 months of Audi Connect going for me.
