TV-tuner (non B) problem!!!

I have bought TV-tuner (non B), have connected it to Navi Plus, all have earned, but there is a problem with a sound.
I live in Russia, at us system of color - SECAM, system of sound DK. When I in adjustments of TV-tuner choose video - SECAM after adjustment of frequency, the image appears, and instead of a sound - rattle. In what there can be a problem?

You installed a TV tuner for your Nav plus. You live in Russia which uses SECAM for your video display format. Not sure what DK is as I've never heard of different sound settings for different regions. After you setup the tuner for SECAM video you get picutre but the sound is just white noise (the sound that comes out of your TV when you get no picture, just a snow like pattern on your screen).

Well, if the picture is coming out than your SECAM setting is correct. Are there any other settings for sound options on the tuner? As I said, I'm not familiar with any sound format differences between regions so I have no clue here.
