The oem V60 kit cost over $400 and works with the factory trip comp....which is something I want. What advantages does the Parrot offer?

The full factory system (with over priced handset) can give you steering wheel control of the system (if you have the controls on the wheel) in addition to the charging cradle and exterior antenna connection.
The parrot will provide a Bluetooth audio gateway to the factory system including mute of the audio system - upside is any Bluetooth phone is compatible.
The advanced parrot can give you an additional LCD display which provides called ID info and more:

Bluetooth kits

Funny thing about HS850....
Motorola Was supposed to have them for the US at the beginning of JAN... now it won't be until mid-March. It seems there is a firmware update that Moto wanted to do which delayed them.
If you want one you can hit eBay... there are vendors who have grey market ones available.
