2002 AUDI a4, 2.4L TCM V6 location to replace.. any help in this very appreciated..

Wow, quite the revival...
You might have more luck if you posted this in the B5 platform section.

However, baring in mind that my B5 was a manual, the TCM should be with the ECU in the ECU box located under the bonnet in the plenum area in front of the windscreen drivers side.
Sealed plastic lid with a picture of an umbrella moulded into it, couple of screws hard to access.
