The Audi Dealer in Canberra has changed.

Captial Prestige have reportedly been stripped of their Audi Dealership due to an excessive number of customer complaints.

I know that from personal experience, these guys have been very difficult to deal with. But other than being unhelpful, I haven't had any real complaints with them.

The Dealership has been awarded to Rolfe Classic. Rolfe Classic already have dealerships for every other prestige car, so I guess Audi is just another check in the box.

The car dealer is currently operating at Slaven Mazda, but they are building a new showroom.

Spare parts can be ordered via the Volvo dealer, formerly Scuderia Veloce in Phillip.

I can say that from my first dealings with Rolfe Audi, their customer service runs rings (4 maybe?) around Captial Prestige.

I encourage all Audi owners in the Canberra region to give them a try, I think you'll be impressed.

I agree that "front of house" service at Rolfe is WAY AHEAD of Capital Prestige. But I am not convinced about the workshop side of things...
