Default Club's de-activated Web site.

Hi Guys,
looking for some feedback on the Club's web site which is now de-activated.

Can we set up a static web site that is free some where to direct people to
i.e. the Audiworld forum.....if that is the forum of choice.

Unless Audi want to take over the web site. Although it wouldn't have links to Audiworld then, it could have contact numbers for a representative of the club in each state other than dealers.

Bruce.

I have a web site I can arrange this on. I have the old web site saved, because I knew this would happen. I can have it up and running in the next few days.

Jamie.

Sounds great Jamie. What do others think?

What happens 5 years down the track and you go to live in Germany say....???

Bruce.

Ideas, suggestions.....

Default Re: Club's de-activated Web site.

I suggest we wait another week and see what comes out of all the talk in Sydney about re-establishing the club under the Global Corporate Audi Banner - with each state as its own entity.

If nothing happens after another week - then lets just make the Victorian end an informal club as we have been doing lately. That means no legal liability to anyone and we can do our own thing. Drive days, etc.. without the headaches of the paperwork, politics and associated crap that goes with it.

Personally, I am sick of waiting for Sydney to get its **** into gear and re-establsih the club. The Victorian end has done all that has been asked of it to assist (and more) and still no action from Sydney. I might also add, that Sydney also has all the money - something that should definately be audited and checked.

Lets give them another week to pull their finger out - and then spit the proverbial dummy at them if nothing happens.

Default I agree ..

let's wait and see what we get back from Sydney, and organise another meeting to decide how us Victorians want to drive the club.
