I have the Dyson. It works extremely well, but the battery life per charge is painfully short. I wish I'd checked out the Dewalt (#2) above.

Default Correct. I only get 4-5 minutres of vacuuming on a charge with my Dyson.

Default Agreed. My wife bought one for me for my birthday. 5 minutes, AT BEST...

is all you can expect from this thing on a full charge. It does work quite well though. I wouldn't recommend it.

Default it doesnt come with a batery....so I wonder if the dewalt 2 is better. How long is the battery

and how strong is it?
