Cilajet, Paint Correction, Seal, Best New Car Plan

So I have a new 2018 S6 (150 miles) and purchased the Cilajet Paint Sealant and Interior protection from the dealer.

Warranty is said to guarantee the "New Car look" for 10 years.

It my be expensive but the question is...

Is it a good product that works?

Does anyone have a car with Cilajet installed for few years or more?

The dealer has not installed it yet (scheduled for this Thursday) and I am still on the fence.

I could spend similar money having it waxed, corrected (if needed) and sealed but I suspect it will be needed yearly or so.

Thanks for all of the advice in advance.

Sorry. I haven't tried Cilajet. However, have you considered a ceramic coating? I have it on our 911 and best thing I ever did. When we trade the A7 next year (for another Audi) first stop will be to have the new car coated

I have heard of the Ceramic Coatings, i understand they are not cheap but a great investment.

Rlynch, isn't Cilajet the product that forces you to go through ridiculous efforts to get the 10 yr warranty? You should familiarize yourself with that. It will put most potential buyers off.

Yes, many excellent, semi-permanent coatings out there.
