Clay Discs versus Clay Bars
Wondering if anyone have used the clay disc products currently available and how they compare to using a traditional clay bar. I was looking at the Sonax Clay Disc, NANOSKIN Autoscrub and Chemical Guys Clay Eraser Disc. I was planning to use my Porter Cable with one of these products. Any recommendations with one of these or another product you have used. I plan to use the clay disc on a vehicle that is about 10 years old. I think I'd stick a clay bars on my 2017 Q5. Thanks

I haven't, but would be curious. For me claying the car is a 1x per year event and I do it during the wash process. First wash the car and rinse. Then use the wash mitt again and get the panel covered in suds then use the clay bar. The suds make for a great lubricant.
In total I can clay the whole car in 15 minutes and then ready for a polish and/or wax
