I've always wiped down with a damp towel or absorber and it's always looked fine... but was wondering if it's worth getting 303 as well...

I just detailed my interior this Sat. and used 303Aero all over. All hard plastics, dash, door sides, etc. look like new, slightly darker than used to be. But it's easy to put it on with a pad, no streaking, and then I used MF to buff it. My interior is "platinum", dark gray with black seats. Looks great.
