Default Glass Problems

A buddy of mind has some weird drip markings on his rear glass that he thinks came from a leak dripping through the concrete ceiling of his parking garage. It doesn't feel (or look) like etching to me; it feels and looks like a surface deposit. Neither vinegar nor glass polish worked. Does anybody have any other thoughts, short of replace the glass?

Default Do you have a PC?

what Glass Polish did you use?

I would try to clay the glass then a glass polish with a PC and a white or yellow pad.

Default Re: Glass Problems

I clean my fireplace doors with metal polish, the stuff you use for brass, etc. It does NOT scratch at all. It really cleans well. I would not hesitate to use it on my windshield.
