heat damaged leather seat

Hi, I have this weird problem with the leather seat in my Q7 being burned by something (sun light?) Does anyone have experience with something like this? the car is park in the same spot everyday. the only difference was the sunroof was partially opened to air out the car. thank you.

I have a 2015 Audi S7V8 T with white leather interior and I would like to know what’s the best product to clean them?

H, that's a serious burn and it was not caused by the sunroof being open unless there was some sort of magnifying glass-like issue.

VW has had problems with heated seats in the past, but nothing I've witnessed looks like your photo.

Yeah, I took it to a dealer but they said they'll ask Audi corporate. Never heard back though so not sure if they actually did. They did say it wasn't an open flame since the whole car would've gone up in flames. Which sort of makes sense. Still, not sure what to make of this dealer. They still haven't been able to tell me why the factory tow hitch plug doesn't control the lights in my trailer.

Oh, for heaven's sake Audi. It's a defect - fix the darn thing and stop playing games. This is also a safety issue - OP press them for a resolution.

OP,

what year is your car? Did you ever get a resolution?
