Default How to fix stretches on leather

I have a Audi a8 2015. My steering wheel has a lot of screeches you can see the white under leather. Any idea how can I fix it Without spending $1000s?

I was thinking just to add touch up paint. I don't want it cheap feel to it so is there any other way?

Best to take your car to a leather upholsterer. You may get away with just re-dyeing the leather. Why does it get scratched up? Do you have an unconscious habit of scratching the leather while driving or sitting in traffic? I know some people have a nasty habit of digging into the leather if they're anxious or stressed. Just like nail-biting.

I brought this car used. Guy before me used to wear a lot of rings on his fingers while driving and took bad care of this car. Other stuff is small and I can deal with it but steering wheel... man it gives me anxious and stress just by looking at it every day

Have you considered searching in Ebay for a used but good condition A8 steering wheel? I just did a search and it seems that replacement steering wheels for the A8 can be had for a reasonable price.
