Need help with door adjustment please.........
 

My driverside front door has sagged to a point where the molding scrapes to the fender when I open it. There is absolutely no accident involved. I took it to the Audi dealer this morn. they looked and reccomended the bodyshop, who wants to use a crowbar.
There has to be a betterway..someone out there please...
I bought it used . A6Q 1998.

My 2000 S4 just had that very same adjustment made
 

Just picked my car up yesterday from my Denver dealer. Under warranty, they took the car to their body shop and applied that exact procedure to my "sagging" door. Like you, no accidents. I've never even let the wind whip open the door.

Of course, I've never heard of a sagging door. But that's what they told me.
