newbie purchasing products... is this still recommended?
<center><img src="http://www.detailersdomain.com/ProductImages/adamspolishes/newessentialskit.jpg"></center><p>to purchase a detailing kit? or should i just buy some real basics separately?
i tried emailing phil, but i guess he's busy at work which i can understand.
the only thing i have is the porter cable at this time along with some older otc car wash/wax.

Kits are nice, but you'll want to start a little at a time...
You've got the PC, grab some pads and some Menzerna polishes for it. That's the major thing right now...after that you can start looking at all the other stuff.
