Q7 Liquid Armour Ceramic Coating
Hi all. I have just got my first Audi. Its a Q7, white.. When I got it, it had hard water spots all over it so I clay barred it and polished it to as close to perfect as possible. Didn't want to rely on wax to protect it.
I've been reading up on ceramic coatings and found this website that had a protective ceramic coating. I had a few quotes on having a professional application of Opti Coat Pro, but couldn't stand to drop $1200. That's when I found Liquid Armor.
I applied 2 coats for around $50 and the results are very impressive. Not sure on the long term yet, but they claim up to 5 years. I called and talked to one of there detailers in GA to get his opinion. He said he preferred it to Opti Coat. He quoted me $699 to have it applied. He said the gloss and hydrophobic properties are better.
I'll post some pictures when I pull it out tomorrow.
P.S. Is there a tune or chip for the Q7?
