Default Remove tar from rocker panel
Can someone recommend a product to remove tar from the rocker panels?

As Kevin mentioned, Nanolex Tar Remover will work, but there are many good/similar brands out there Griots' Garage,CarPro, Meguiar's, Gyeon, etc.
