You purchase a wheel cleaner and use a sponge to agitate. Sometimes an old toothbrush can be very handy for getting into corners.

If the wheels haven't been cleaned for 3 yrs, you may have more of a challenge ahead.

Thanks buddy.

I will follow your advice but as mentioned the time gap is more than 3 years so I am bit worried now. I will lot of my time which is very hard in such busy schedule
