For cleaning wheels do you make use of some special cleaning solution or tool like scrubber. My wheels are in very bad condition and need to clean them. Please help me

If the wheels haven't been cleaned for 3 yrs, you may have more of a challenge ahead.

I will follow your advice but as mentioned the time gap is more than 3 years so I am bit worried now. I will lot of my time which is very hard in such busy schedule
