Good Afternoon Audi World,

I have an 03 A6 3.0 Quattro. It needed brake service so I replaced the front brakes, pads and rotors. Before the brake change there was a metal rubbing sound that was faint. I thought it had to be the brake pads since they were almost worn. After I changed the brakes, the rubbing sound is more prevalent now. The abs and esp light are on hard when I start the car. Could it be the abs module failed and the caliper pistons are not being regulated? Hence the pistons pushing in while driving? Also it's throwing a code to replace the camshaft position sensor. Any help is appreciated thanks.
