I suppose it is possible that the vibration is caused by pad deposits, however I do not see any visual indication of this. I have read that turning a 2-piece rotor isn't possible due to the chatter that happens on the lathe.

I have the same issue with my ECS 2 pieces of crap...
pulsing during breaking.... where you can feel it grab and then release, grab then release.
I called around Denver no break shops would touch them bc they are cross drilled.
I was told to check with a machine shop. I havent though.
ECS= CRAP...IMHO

I was told that you can't turn 2 piece rotors because it causes harmonics on the lathe that will cause chatter.
