Rotor and Pad Replacement

I have just finished replacing my Rotors and Pads and all of the front control arms on my 09 S5. Did the Rears on Sunday (used Carista to retract and close calipers) and then did the fronts with new control arms on Sunday evening and Monday. I drove the car after installing the rears and had no warnings or issues and the parking brakes operated normally. During the installation of the drivers side control arms the ABS sensor was damaged. I did not replace it yet but have ordered and will reinstall in a day or two. My question is this. Will the damaged ABS sensor cause a Parking Brake malfunction. The parking brakes seem to be operating properly, (engage and release normally) and I have also gone through the process of opening and closing the calipers just to cycle through the process. Second I am also getting a Suspension Fault and for the life of me cannot figure out what could have happened to cause this. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated Thanks so much.
