Slight Vibration after Brake Job
So I changed out my pads and rotors last night. Drove around the block and everything seemed fine.
I got on the road this morning and when I got up to around 80mph I noticed a slight vibration. Now I'm not 100% sure it wasn't there before so maybe I'm just being paranoid since this was my first brake job ever but is there anything that I should check that might be causing this?

Vibration when? Just driving or when you stepped on the brake.
1. Wheels and rotors balance as a pair. By doing the rotors you can cause a small mis-balance (the rotor was compensating for a wheel)
2. What pads? Some pads require careful bedding to avoid pulsing. You obviously didn't bed them at all...
3. Did you get all the lug nits seated properly and torqued evenly?
Tell us more.

I put in centric ceramic pads and centric rotors. Just on the front. It only vibrates when its going about 80 mph. nothing before that. no sounds or vibrations while braking.
Thanks for your help.

Hmm, those should not be troublesome. I would go back to the overall wheel/rotor balance idea, especially since it occurs at a specific speed, which could be the resonant frequency. Seems hgih though.
Warped rotors would be noticeable when braking at lower speeds.
Pad deposits ditto
So you have different issue
